Shameful and Pathetic

Worse service ever received. Called and made contact online and have been on hold and waiting for the phones to be answered for over 40mins. Useless service as it shows that there is no one working there. I will lodge a formal complaint and request reimbur*****t due to their lack of service costing us. Pathetic excuse for government
