called the call centre this morning more than 4 times, got through to a gentleman named Sandile however he dropped the call on me and didnt even bother to call me back after verifying all my details. called back again 3 times after that and after 15 mins of holding the call disconnects each time.

this is super frustrating especially after being told that SARS will be deducting an amount of R10k plus from an education plan i had for my son with Old mutual and now i cant even get a hold of anyone to speak to.

judging from the complaints and no responses from SARS this complaint will also be deemed as useless as SARS
