Service is pathetic

I have an issue with compiling my efiling online, I have never had an issue all the other years but because SARS decided to upgrade their webpage I am now suffering. I have called SARS multiple times already and have many references for ever call and my issue has still not been rectified for two months and no1 is calling me back to solve my problem. I refuse to take a day off of work just to go to the SARS offices because they cannot solve my problem. This service that I have received Is really unfair because I’m not bribing anyone to solve my problem my problem will not get solved! And I will have to suffer because the people that work in the call centre don’t care because they will still get paid at the end of the month while I sit and wait for SARS to call me to fix my problem with my account. I have tried multiple PCs and the app on my phone and I am still getting the same error.
