Service at Nelspruit branch extremely bad

The service l got at Nelspruit branch on the 3rd of September 2023 is shocking. We were merely 30 people but it took them from 12pm to 5pm to serve. They only started fast tracking the service after 4pm because they wanted to go home. They were just telling people some weird requirements just to send them home

My suggestion is, they should screen people on the queue as soon as they arrive than to stand on the queue for hours only to be told they need a certain document
