SARS - zero star service

Absolutely terrible service, in fact non-service to be honest. They deserve zero stars. I called in and waited 2 hours to be assisted as I was number 119. When I was at number 24, they hung on me!!! What ***********, lazy people. It's quite embarrassing that this is an organ of state.
