2019 Return completed - Payment held back because sars lost my 2013 return. I call them and was informed I need an affidavit to prove that I actually did complete 2013 and then money will be released. I follow the instructions and wait a few days. Call them back. Now I am told the 2013 return has nothing to do with the 2019 one and they will not release the money until I take off from work (UNPAID - More money I lose) to provide them with ID, Bank statements and proof of address. O but they dont tell you this or send a notification until you ask and I have to add, none of my information has changed since 2013!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is insane and YOU own me over R12 K. if this was reversed I would be penalized for not paying on the date promised. It is a pitty that law abiding citizens are always treated like ********. with no regard how things like this affects them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
