SARS YOU ARE A DISAPPOINTMENT

Let me pleeeeeaaase express myself

Firstly I did my returns on e filling, then I changed my banking details where I had to submit all relevant documents which I did. I was told to wait 21 business days + 10 business days.

I submitted all document on 28 July 2021. I had to call almost every day thereafter to ask why my money is not paid out yet.I made a budget in accordance with the money that needs to be paid out. Until today 2021/09/17 I haven't receive my money.

WHY IS IT WHEN YOU OWE SARS THEN THEY CAN QUICKLY SEND YOU DEMANDS,BUT WHEN THEY OWE YOU MONEY THEY HAVE THIS I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE WHERE YOU WILL WAIT FOR THEM.

I SO WISH I CAN MEET THIS CONSULTANT THAT WAS DEALING WITH MY APPLICATION TO PROCESS THE FUNDS.

PLEASE ALSO INFORM ME WHETHER I CAN TAKE THIS FURTHER WITH THE OMBUDSMAN AS I HAD PAYMENTS DUE TODAY?????????????????????
