SARS. YOU ARE A BULLY AND INEFFICENT AND ****

I need to make a payment arrangement with Sars. I want to do the right thing. I have been trying for days to make an appointment online, and the system asks you to upload the documents. Then the system simply hangs with the message that the documents are queued for upload. Sars as an entity is a bully. They send me threatenening letters stating that they will take my house. I am busy paying what I can, but the amount is huge - thanks to a **** tax consultant. So they just bully me yet their systems are run by inept, inefficient staff. How is this okay?
