SARS Worst delaying institute ever

Numerous documents asked all the time from SARS, the process of getting my refund on my tax return is taking forever now. PLEASE HELP. I am unemployed and need the money I have submitted all the documents asked me to submit yet they send me a mail today on 6 Oct and on the letter it says last docs need to be submitted on 4 Oct THIS IS 2 days ago.... I feel SOOOOO FRUSTRATED.
