SARS, worse and worse!

Terrible customer service, pathetic and useless!! When they want your money, they want it NOW. When they need to pay out your money, you can wait a year for all they care!!

I spoke to 3 different people during a 5 day period, all of them had different stories.. no one actually knew what was going on or how to use a computer!
