SARS WOOOOORST SERVICE

SARS has theee worst servise ever..I submitted my documents on the 2nd of July they told me to wait 21 days for my refund to be returned and I called them to day because we passed the 21 days and I haven't heard anything from them, they told me that my case has been escalated I must wait another 21 days ? ..now That ****es me off because if I was the one owing them it would've been a different story now ...this is bull ?????????????????????????????????????
