SARS will do anything and everything to not pay you out. I submitted my returns back in August, all I've been getting is them wanting a person to re-submit the same documents, you log a call back their either buzz you and send a message saying they have called which is not true, when they have to call you assist you they call to make bookings. I have made over 10 bookings, submitted two complaints and yet I have to wait again. I'm tired of waiting. SARS PAY OUT MY MONEY. I WANT IT. GIVE ME MY MONEY. NOT IN FEBRUARY... I WANT IT NOW.
