SARS who has the audacity to withdraw funds from bank.account

SARS has the audacity to just take funds from once bank account without consulting and providing any reason to why this.was done. What a big fat cheek. This should be outlawed as unconstitutional and *******. The action of SARS puts one in a difficult situation for the money taken from ones account is needed to pay rent ,medical aid for other necessities . i sent them a mail in this regard only to receive correspondence in a format which is unable to be opened on a smartphone. Twice i sent them a mail requesting them to be sent in a format that can be read. Request unfortunately fall on deaf ears. Tired of their authoritarian manner. How many tax payers money has been misused and wasted by a ******* government.
