SARS WANTS TO TAKE STRUGGLING PEOPLES MONEY BUT NOT WILLUNG TO REFUND WHEN DUE

SAR sent me an email and sms to say i owe need to submit. I am not even eligible but i submitted what they asked me for but they keep on penalizing me. They don't want to refund me and now it's even to the point where they are getting my employer to deduct money from my salary. I get taxed every month but it seems they just want more.
