SARS violating my daughter again.

In October last year after realizing that Austen Smith Attorneys have negligently paid SARS R200 000, I started the process of recovering the money I was sent from pillar to post.They asked for documentation I provided, they confirmed that there was a R200 000 refundable. After providing them with all the documentation in December they went quiet. I phone the call centre, they said their system doesn't show any money nor any communication. They recommended going to the branch and asking for a branch manager and show her the proof, I did but today as every parent is enjoying their children 1st day of school, I was crying with my 2 daughters because they couldn't go back to school as the school needs money. I moved my daughters to a private girls only school after the younger (12 year old) was ***ually ******ed at school at age 8 and the school failed to inform me. She lost her father at 7 ******ed at 8 she doesn't deserve what SARS is doing to them. My reference number is N22290/14,*** Case number ***
