SARS VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

I have submitted my tax return after receiving an sms that an auto assessment was done. I was not given the option to load my additional documents, I phoned and the lady advise I need to do a dispute. Phone back a few days later and was told my documents was received. Phoned today to follow up and was advise by a very rude gentlemen that documents was not received and I should not have done a dispute ????? *** ? I asked the gentlemen to assist me and he was very rude, when I told him I cannot stay on the phone for a long time he told me to go and put the phone down. So I am still not sure if my tax is done correctly, was my documents received and when will recalculation take place ????? No joy at all!!! Can someone, anyone please urgently assist me >>>
