SARS very dissapointing service and refund status for and urgent matter

Sars in Mitchells Plain promenade has wasted over 200 rands of my airtime and is withholding my refund just due to verification of my banking details.

I have been calling them and they have a tendancy to throw the phone down in the clients ears.

All they have to do is verify my new bankdetails and they have not even looked into my case at this point, they are basically telling me I can wait and the more I am stressting the urgency of the matter of my mom needing to go into an operation they informed meI must wait 21 days whereas 2 other friends of mine also changed there details recieved the monies t weeks ago,I am still waiting on mine and they are dragging there feet with this case.

I hope that this can be dealt with urgently as it is a matter of life and death and not turnaround times.
