SARS VERSUS OLD MUTUAL

I had investment with Old Mutual and waiting for a claim since 9th April, but they dont want to pay me they claiming its still with SARS. I called SARS was told it was finalised on the 23rd April and send back to Old Mutual that day. All of sudden they telling me they did not received that now, I'm confused who is telling the truth.
