SARS Verification Process is Ridiculous Slow. They don’t care about their SLA is 21 days

SARS is honestly getting on my nerves now. I submitted all documents they needed for audit on 31 July but my case has still not been allocated to an auditor. This is ridiculous honestly. I have called numerous times and I’ve been told they will escalate as it is way passed the 21 day period. I have even logged a complaint but still no feedback. It’s honestly crazy as they claim to serve people on a first come and first serve basis but that’s not true as people who submitted a month after me have received feedback on their verification.
