SARS VAT REFUND NOT PAID

I have a multiple vat refunds due to my small businees from SARS. After waiting for months I go into the branch and the person assisting me says that my case has not been allocated to anyone and there has been no progress on it since I submitting the supporting documents. At the branch all they say when I go there is that they will escalate the matter and when I call the call centre, the aggents mute after waiting two hours for service. SARS is run by a bunch of ****s robbing tax payers.
