Sars useless

This is 1st time in history that Sars is so useless. So many people having problems claiming there money. They will audit you and keep on sending a letter saying they are busy with your claim. Some people is already waiting more then three months for there money. Can someone sort them out. This is a joke. Sars is playing games and we must struggle waiting for money.
