SARS useless and frustrating on-line booking system

These so called "Online bookings" are just so frustrating and annoying as the appointments are never on-time nor very helpful. I have now entered the second month in my attempt to resolve an small dispute but there will always be something else that I allegedly missed resulting in another booking another scheduled meetings which takes forever because the slots are either not available or you have to wait nothing less than 3 weeks to retake where you left off.

Just simply HATE it
