SARS useless

SARS are absolutely useless try phoning to get help but impossible to get past the authentication stage because the staff are too slow or pretend they can't hear you.

All I needed to know was if they could help me with submitting supporting docs uploaded but does not submit when you press the submit button. The status remains as uploaded.
