SARS UPINGTON Horrible Service

SARS Upington has the worst service you could ever imagine. I am part of staff at a local primary school and our new educational assistants and they have been struggling for over a month just to register as tax users and receive a tax number. The Upington branch only hands out a page to inform them to use the website or app which crashes every single time. I helped one register and it says she is registered but it doesn't allow her to login saying she as a user cannot be found.
