SARS unwilling to set up meeting

On 28 September 2022 I had a telephone discussion with a SARS agent Roshana Adams who was unable to resolve my issue and advised I should send an e-mail to '***' setting out the details of my problem which I did on 4 October 2022. I sent 3 follow-up e-mails (13 October, 30 November and 2 February 2023), but to date no response, not even an acknowledgement of receipt. On 2 February I attempted to set up a meeting with SARS re this issue (their ***) but they refused to set up a meeting, and then cut off the call. Is this what they call service ???
