SARS Unresolved service/ Operational matter

I submitted my tax returns on the 26 of July 2023 I recieved a SMS confirming All documents were recieved and a case number was asigned we are 36 days since then with no feedback and long over there 21 day processing time frame this is unacceptable. You do the right thing and this is how you are dealt with. This is simply another fine example of a government department that is dis****ional.
