Sars -unrelated/unaccounted deduction on my bank account

I write this with deep concern regarding how SARS are currently dealing with my request. I do acknowledge the current outstanding arrears I have. I received emails for final demand payment last year, on which I did respond to someone in June 2025. I didn't receive any communication as to how to come to an agreement for repayment plans on the arrears. Instead in Nov 2025 I got an sms from my employer stating they will be a deduction of R500 on my payslip. This also happened for the month of December 2025, on which I didn't get any communication of this. On the 18th December 2025 I got SARS deduction AGAIN in the same month on my bank account for R4081.88. On the 8th Jan 2026 this year I got another sms from my employer stating that I will be deducted R2500 from my payslip, with no communication AGAIN to see if I can afford this payment.

I went to SARS and was assisted by a lovely, professional lady and advised that on my account statement the R4081 is not visible. She later checked who was dealing with my case and gave me the email of the consultant.

I sent an email on the 9th January 2026, 12 January 2026 and today but I haven't received any feedback I sent the same email to *** also on those days I haven't received any communication or electronic response to my email.

I don't know how SARS got to the R2500 a month on my payslip and take R4081 on my bank account. How am I suppose to support my family when you take R6500 a month?? I checked my account statement again, the R4081 is still not appearing. I requested a feedback from the emails to understand if the R4081 is legit or if I'm ****med. I would like to request an urgent follow-up on this matter because I can't afford that amount ans secondly I don't know if my bank account deduction is *****.
