SARS unpredictable.

Last year on the 26 July 2018 i did E filling with SARS for audit.They promised that their audit will take 21 working days to be concluded. Always when i enquire they said they buzy. Last time i called it was last year on the 5 Nov 2018 and they were very arrogant with me . They told me they buzy and i must never call them again as they will call me when they are done. It seems they want to change 21 days to 21 months. We approaching 2019 new financial year and my audit is still not yet done. I feel that SARS is disrespecting me because they do not have an ombudsmen where we can report them. They know that they are the ones who call the shots hence their arrogance.
