SARS unhelpful

Used the SARS call back option as I was number 150 in the queue. Received a call back but the consultant did not speak. I know the consultant was on the call because she coughed and I could hear back ground noise initially. Then the call went silent for over 8 minutes. Number that called me back from SARS ***.
