SARS UNFAIRLY GARNISH WHILE PENDING OBJECTION

I have made an error by submitting my 2017 return which was already filed as was appearing on my side as not filed made error selecting was not paying medical which i was it showed i owed sars after realizing my error went to the sars to get rectified the sars agent submitted two duplicates for the same year 2017 advised she also logged objection and a suspension of payment however sars correspondent saying i now owe R38500 i then called in where i was advised to log another objection and supporting docs because it shows on their end the duplicated returns resulting in the high amounts logged the objection august while awaiting the result of the second objection i got garnished sum of R1500 went back to ransburg and horizon offices for assistance was told to book appointment which available dates are only end of november they so quick to take money from us and not quick to assist with quiery worse having to wait while being charged penalties and interest
