SARS unfair and irrational methods to delay payments

i have been a loyal taxpayer and always made sure to do my returns on time where i had to pay them i done asap, but now sars owes me money and mu submission was done telling me in the next 72hours i should recieve whats due to me , 72hours later they send me an email asking for ruthings they have have just to delay payments , asking i hold my id close to my face , then a copy , aswell as bank details and statements , things which they never once asked as they have all , this is so pathethic and i am highly disgusted the way i am treated , whenever they want whats due to them they want it asap and even threaten with if they dont recieve whats being owed to them, but when they owe us they take as long as they want which is highly unfair and always uses methods such like what is now required i challenge SARS to sort this maqtter out wihting 24hrs or i will take this matter further and am willing to to go the press to make my voice heard , for the first time in my tax returns sars is being unfair , SARS you have 24hrs
