SARS: Unauthorised Hard Credit Check

SARS has done an unauthorised HARD credit check on me. I never consented to any checks being done and now it is harming my credit score. I have phoned their contact centre and have been told that SARS does not do credit checks. They keep putting me through various different departments and none of them can help me.
