SARS unable do issue the TAX Residency Certificate

A submission for a TAX Residency Certificate was lodged 4 months ago and since then, SARS has failed to issue this certificate. We have called their office numerously and our bookkeeper has visited different branches with no luck.

1. Application ROC2 send 23/06/2022. 2. Escalate on the 01/09/2022. 3. Follow up on 01/09/2022, 4. Follow up on 10/10/2022 5. Follow up on 15/10/2022

We have a river of reference numbers and we were told that the only person that issue these certificates is pregnant. Meaning, the issue has been escalated and no one is attending to it.
