Sars un happy tax returns

Good Morning, I would like to be assisted with my tax returns,I went to Sars Promenade on the 20Sept 2019 to submit , then I recived sms regarding the audit notice which will take place 31October.How ever I have been waiting patiently, tried to do the follow ups from the call centre several times and visiting branch till today, still not getting funds and solid outcome or feedback.
