SARS TURNAROUND TIMES

SARS is VERY, VERY quick to ENFORCE their own turnaround times on the public, the only problem is that they dont stick to their own times. When I then phone in, and hold them to their turnaround times, they just pass the buck from one department to the next blaming audit, but you can never speak to audit. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told to hold on, surprise...surprise...they then cut me off..!!
