SARS TRANSFER DUTY RECEIPTS

Is it possible that SARS can take nearly 2 months to issue Transfer Duty Receipts when attorneys are requiring this document for the Deeds Office. I wonder if they realize that the new system that they have put in place is an absolute nightmare to utilize.
