SARS totally unhelpfull and full of excuses

<p>I have submitted my SARS for 2016. Going to the offices and filed an appeal the 16.09.2016. Also prior to this just to find they havent even looked at my paperwork and handed it in again on the 16.09.16. I Phoned in more than 10 times with out any luck, every consultant have another story. The one consultant i spoke to on the phone on the 3 Oct 2016 said it will be resolved the 8 Dec 2016 (30 days) I phoned in again today 14 Dec 2016 and the consultant was arrogant and told me the waiting period is 90 days and that they are closing for Dec and my turn around time is now the 8 Feb 2016? Why do I have to lock my appeal more than once at the offices and phone all the time to be said the date is further on. Where do I need to go to resolve this as my querie is just being ignored? (that is how i feel.)</p>
