Sars total disaster and no hope at all

It's been 3 months a d still no refund, I have submitted my return in sept 2021 for the tax year 2016 which my IT34 stated refund due on the 1/10/2021 where by my refund was reversed which I have no idea why then I went to the branch in Randburg were they lady informed me that they cannot assist me at the branch it's a online query when I finally got hold of them they said I should submit my support doc and do a branch booking which I did them I got another IT34 due date 1/1/2021 still no refund only to find out that my is copy is not clear enough, now I have submitted all documents and clear copies and phoned to confirm that all is in order received another IT34 due date 1/12/2021 phoned in again said I have to wait 21 dayz for payment to be proaecced from when they recieved my doc only on 8/11/2021 , seems like no refund at all!!!! And they also claimed to have corresponded with me which they have not I had to phone in every time only to get another reason why refund is not paid on the mobile app still shows no refund due with my money in balance, so really I don't know what to say there are no words for this kind of service or hope for any improvement, and all of this just because I changes my. Bank.
