SARS TOOK MY PROVIDENT FUND

<p>In 2013 I went to do my tax at SARS WITBANK and all was well got an sms that I will receive R2000.00 back. This was my first time I was ever going to receive something back so when I didn't get it I just thought it was a mistake. I was never told that day that their was outstanding IRP5''s. So then I was employed 2013 in April for a month and didn't know that I was to submit Tax return. I then was unemployed until March 2016. I did not receive a tax certificate from them in June and didn't think much of it because I was not working there for long and I was temping and not permanent. so then in July 2017 I got my tax return but at the same time I changed jobs and then I did not receive my providend fund . When I called in to the call centre they told me that I owe Sars 16000.00 Ive never gotten or taken money from SARS. I then went in to do my tax return and find out what happened to the Providend fund at the same time and why am I owing so much. I was then told that back in 2009 and 2011 I did not submit an IRP 5 Form and that they charged me penalties but if I submit the forms it can be written off. So why in 2013 they did not tell me this and why after it was written off I asked if I could receive my provident fund they said no because once SARS take your money you can never get it back, that is so unfair why didn't they tell me that in 2013 that I needed those IRP5s. then they take without my knowledge my provident fund. I only found out when I called old MUTAUL That SARS had taken it. It was not my fault. Other people ***** and get money back but my hard working money gets taken and I cant get it back. Now I even too scared to go and do my tax return because I am changing companies again soon will my money be taken again??? Please assist I want my money back. I went to make things right submitted everything , everything was written of but I didn't get money back.</p>
