Sars took my money

I’m my opinion I think sars is a ***** I don’t understand how come from the money that my employer showed me that I’m going to claim back after they had been taking a percentage from my salary every month for the past 9 months and I’m getting R1147, how is that even possible and the people I work with some got full pay I want to understand which calculations did they use to end up with R1,147 from R11,147 does this even make sense or I have been ****med as they always do.
