Sars took all my pension

I am currently unemployed I was dismissed from work and I had to withdraw money from pension to survive while I am job hunting, SARS took all my pension and left me with R5000 they say I owe them, what do I owe SARS I worked for a retail, how can I person working for a retail earning a minimum wage owe sars and no one is assisting
