SARS to fix my returns

I'm tired of the lack of service through SARS call center . I have been trying desperately to get through since last year to resolve an issue relating to my tax returns, but I'm made to wait for a long time in the line, only to arrive at the front of the queue and have the line go dead. Why don't you open your branches to the public since your online system is not functional. I have hundred ref no with no assistance from your agents. I'm not getting summons from your office to pay some crazy amount after you did your auto returns submission for me last year and ****ed up everything....i need you to rectify this NOW
