SARS this is unacceptable 😤

Today I was on the phone at 09:46 to the SARS contact center for exactly 1hr and 53min,

I was In the queue from 1370 and when it came down to 35 they cut my call, no airtime issues from my side, I then call at 15:42 thinking by now the lines would have subsided, but I get feedback from the voice automated system saying the contact center is closed.

***ffffffffffffff. I can't just go into sars, I need an appointment which is will only get in mid August. ***ffffff. This is pathetic.
