SARS the worst place in the UNIVERSE!

The worst experience of my entire life. Submitted a NOO the 5/08/2022. Received correspondence saying it is being processed on the 26/09/2022. Called for an update, bare in mind, a notice of objection takes 60 working days which has already passed, agent just said I still need to wait as 60 working days starts from the day I received the letter confirming it is being processed. No where does it state that this is the case but it confirms the dispute takes 60 working days from submission. When you try and log a complaint, it gets rejected. SARS sucks big time!
