SARS, the sign our ship has sunk

Dear fellow sufferers.

SARS is probably broke. How else do you explain them choosing the 2010 year to verify rather than paying out what they owe me? Conveniently for them, returns this old have no turnaround agreement.

Here are a few interesting facts, if you are struggling to get your refund: - The 21 day Service Agreement does not apply to older years. If they choose 2010 to verify, they can take however long they want. From posts on Hello Peter I see that it can easily be 40 days and counting. - You cannot log a complaint about this, because it is not out of its service agreement. I guess if there is no service agreement, you can never be out of it? Am I right? - You cannot go to the Ombut until you have tried the complaints process

But I dont really see any complaints process working either, from the other posts here. Its clear they are paying NO ONE.

If you are like me, you desperately need the money. Covid has hit the economy and we are in need. In the fat years, they took, but now they cannot give back. They have probably been looted and there is no money, or no heart. Or both.

How sad. But at least there is a silver lining. We are some of the first to know that the ship has sunk. Maybe we can step on the other little rats and get off first?
