SARS THE *******S

Yet again!!!! Sars owes me money, now they want to charge me R9000.00 for admin. What admin??? When they cant even do their jobs properly. I mean really. We work hard every month, pay our taxes and still get penalised - R250 per month. In 2011 i have submitted my documents via email to the very same email address that a Sars consultant had given to me telephonically. After numerous amounts of calls to the rude agents on the other side, they confirmed that they are still processing the documents. After a few more calls to SARS, they confirm that they did not receive anything, yet I got the read receipt from the mail that i sent, that someone at Sars had read my email. What doesnt make sense, \is why dont they respond to the email? or why have an email address if it cannot be used. Its like having a brain and not using it??? now cos they owe me money
