SARS Telephonic Appointments

The online telephonic appointment system is unfortuneately a dismal failure. First time around, they never called at the appointed time although later queries said they did, coudn't get through and closed the case - I was sitting right by my cell and landline for all of 2 hours, never heard a thing. The second time, they called and the first thing I asked is that the agent take down my landline number and call me on that if the cellular phone call should fall away for any reason. 8 minutes into the call, this happened - still waiting for the call-back on the landline. Not allowed to physically go to a branch, what's to be done ............
