SARS Technical issue will never be resolved

I have a business profile on e-filing. I requested the companies EMP501 for 202302, however, when it was generated, it was generated with the company's tax number and not the PAYE number. I did not notice the mistake. I paid all fees they said were due, but to date, the EMP501 is still outstanding. I have numerous reference numbers attempting to sort out this technical issue but to no avail. These are for the technical issue and for the profile to be resolved. *** *** *** *** Telephonic booking *** *** *** There are so many more!

I am also unable to request anything via the online query system. I am at my wits end as the company closed in Jan 2024 and I am now unable to close the profile as the EMP501 is blocking it. Now, every month I need to complete "0.00" tax returns, ALL OF THEM, - EMP201, EMP501, ITR14 and IRP6. Why, because they are so *********** and cannot sort out their own technical issues. I was requested to sign the EMP123 and get an affidavit, still nothing has been done to resolve this issue.

I am no longer the director of a company, yet my personal income tax will forever state this until some kind representative assists in resolving this issue.

SARS is very quick to penalize you but not interested in sorting out queries!
