Sars tax returns

I submitted my tax return with sars over 2 months ago and have submitted all required documents but up until today I haven't received my refund and no one seems to care to communicate and give feedback, the call centre also doesn't offer any feedback non whatsoever, it's tough because we comply and pay for out taxes and when it's time to pay they make all this excuses and I am so irritated with these level of service we getting
