SARS Tax Refund

The way my mother has been treated by SARS is really pathetic and painful. She submitted her tax refunds in July already. Made numerous calls and even went to their branch, mind you she is on disability and on ventilation. She submitted all the documents they requested, she is being taken on a wild goose chase. Where does one comain for such treatment? *** not resolved. *** not resolved.

These are the only references I have not mentioning other counterless service requests logged with SARS!
